Now Accepting School Choice Applications

Students who are zoned for the following schools are eligible for school choice: Creswell Middle School Grolee Elementary Opelousas Jr. High Opelousas Middle School Northeast Elementary North Central High Plaisance Middle Washington Elementary Please click the button located under each school's letter to apply.


Effective immediately and for the 2021-2022 school year, all St. Landry Parish School System students, staff, and visitors to any SLPSS facility will no longer be required to wear masks while inside or outside St. Landry Parish School facilities. If parents, students, or staff wish to continue to wear masks while at school, they may do so. The mask mandate, however, will continue to be in place while traveling on school buses.
